Bankruptcy Law

Provides for the development of a plan that allows a debtor, who is unable to pay his creditors, to resolve his debts through the division of his assets among his creditors. This supervised division also allows the interests of all creditors to be treated with some measure of equality. Certain bankruptcy proceedings allow a debtor to stay in business and use revenue generated to resolve his or her debts.

Immigration Law

Deals with issues relating to foreign nationals who come to this country either temporarily or permanently, including the associated legal rights, duties, and obligations of aliens in the United States. It also deals with the application processes and procedures involved with naturalization of foreign nationals who wish to become U.S. citizens, as well as dealing with legal issues relating to people who are refugees or asylees, people who cross U.S. borders by means of fraud or other illegal means, and those who traffic or otherwise illegally transport aliens into the United States.

“In this day and age, it’s hard to find a company you can trust. Professional Filing Service was recommended to me by a friend, and now I know why – the quality of service I received was outstanding. Keep up the good work!”
